Group Media partners with organizations to co-create joint academies that impact key business outcomes. It engages with clients, conducts need diagnostics study and provides consulting framework for the establishment of these joint academies. These joint academies are designed to ensure sustained standards of performance and enhance productivity.

Group Media partnered an online supermarket that connects small and medium enterprises to relevant consumers with the click of a button. This multi-platform digital powerhouse wanted to develop the sales capability and overall competency of their digital consultants to achieve business transformation.

To achieve this mandate jointly launched a Digital Sales Academy, which is the first of its kind in the Digital Marketing Industry and aims to pioneer benchmarking Sales Capability Development.

The project would cover 150 digital consultants and 20 sales manager & senior managers nationwide. A team of nine dedicated trainers and MIS executives, led by the project lead will be responsible for implementing the learning framework and impacting performance metrics. The project entails building a Sales Capability Index post baseline assessment of sales standards, documenting sales management process and conducting field coaching initiatives.
